Information We Don't Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users of Sprite Something, including:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Any content you create within the App

Information Stored Locally

The App stores information only on your device, including:

• App preferences and settings - These help the App remember your preferred tools, colors, and interface settings
• Your drawings and artwork - All creative content remains stored locally on your device
• Preview files - The App generates small preview images to help you navigate your work; these remain on your device

iCloud Integration

If you choose to enable iCloud sync in your device settings:

• Your drawings and app preferences may be synchronized across your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account
• This data is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud service according to Apple's Privacy Policy
• We do not have access to any data stored in your iCloud account

Photo Library Access

The App may request permission to access your photo library solely to:

• Import images into the App for editing or reference
• Export your completed drawings to your photo library

We only access photos when you specifically choose to import or export them. We do not scan, collect, or transmit any photos from your device.

Data Sharing

Your drawings and data are shared only when you choose to share them:

• Manual sharing: You can share your artwork through email, messages, or other sharing options provided by your device's operating system
• No automatic sharing: We never automatically upload, share, or transmit your data
• No server involvement: All sharing happens directly from your device - your data never passes through our servers

Third-Party Services

Currently, Sprite Something does not integrate with any third-party services or analytics platforms. We may add optional cloud storage services (such as Dropbox or Google Drive) in future updates, and will update this policy accordingly if we do.

Children's Privacy

While Sprite Something is not specifically directed at children under 13, we recognize that children may use the App. Because we do not collect any personal information, our App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents can feel confident that no personal information about their children is collected or shared through our App.

Data Security

Since we don't collect personal data:

• There is no personal information for us to secure on our servers
• Your data security depends on your device's security and, if you use iCloud, Apple's security measures
• We recommend keeping your device updated and using appropriate security measures

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the App Store update notes or within the App. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
